Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure students remain engaged and productive during lessons
Build rapport with students and provide support to enhance their learning
Adapt to teaching across different subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)
Ideal Graduate Cover Supervisor Candidate:
A degree in any subject (preferred)
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
Passionate about supporting students' academic and personal development
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude with a desire to pursue a career in education
