I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Junior Sous Chef to aid in the smooth running of their brigade of 4 for their, quality gastropub with 60cv restaurant and 150cv garden area in Central Salisbury.
Relief and Temp positions also available.
The successful Jnr Sous Chef will have good experience at CDP or Jnr Sous level for 2-3yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in gastropubs, hotels or restaurants or 3/4* dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
