Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an average of 25 new files per month with the support of a dedicated paralegal, or 18 files per month when working independently.You will be handling high-quality residential conveyancing work, supported by a loyal client base and a range of trusted referrers who value the firm’s exceptional service standards.With the backing of specialist onboarding and post-completion teams, the firm is committed to ensuring a smooth workflow. Depending on your preference and the firm’s requirements, you may be assigned a dedicated paralegal—enabling you to handle a higher caseload. In such cases, you may also be expected to provide guidance or training as needed.You will demonstrate a keen desire and the capabilities to contribute to the growth of the property department within their rapidly expanding, CQS accredited Residential Property Law team consisting of 28 professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sharp eye for detail, confidence, adaptability to change in high-pressure environments, and uphold excellent standards of client care and communication skills.The position is available on a fully remote basis; however, the firm will exclusively consider candidates with solid experience in remote work specifically within law firms.
