A confidential pharmaceutical client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality regulatory submissions. This junior administrative role is ideal for someone looking to break into the industry, with no prior pharmaceutical or regulatory experience required just a clear interest and a willingness to learn.

You’ll work closely with contributors across the business to meet tight health authority deadlines, using publishing tools such as Adobe, Lorenz, and RIM systems. The role is computer-based and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting publishing activities with accuracy and timeliness
