Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full commercial lifecycle of construction projects, from initial valuation through to final account.

  • Produce and monitor accurate cash flow forecasts in line with project timelines.

  • Lead procurement and administration of subcontractor contracts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate recovery of variations and compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Compile monthly cost/value reconciliations and risk/opportunity reports for senior leadership.

  • Provide clear, professional cost advice and data to internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Support project success through proactive contract management and communication.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with a main contractor on large-scale projects.

  • Solid knowledge of design and build contracts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage complex projects.
