Facilities Handyman / Decorator - Bridgend - Immediate start to the end of July 15.93 per hour PAYE.
Based at a designer outlet in Bridgend you will conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues. Painting and decorating, repair and maintenance of general building fabric including office furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Assist with the setup and breakdown of office and spaces for events and meetings. Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ideally painting of wooden structures around the centre.
