Are you a Health and Safety Manager/Advisor with a NEBOSH accreditation? Are you looking to join a growing company that retain staff and pride themselves on their fantastic work environment?

This well-established company specialises in working at height across a wide range of construction projects, including cladding installation, safety netting, large-scale painting and cleaning, and ceiling installation, to name a few. Their diverse client portfolio includes high-profile sites such as football stadiums, The Shard, and energy centres-demonstrating the breadth and scale of their expertise. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities for both career progression into line management roles and financial advancement. They are now seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager/Advisor to join their team and support the ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

In this role, you will be based at the Scunthorpe office, with travel to sites across the UK expected a couple of times per week, including occasional overnight stays. There is flexibility for hybrid working on office-based days. Key responsibilities include conducting health and safety inspections, preparing detailed reports, completing pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), among other duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Health and Safety Manager/Advisor in a similar role and live a commutable distance to the office in Scunthorpe. A valid UK driving licence and a NEBOSH qualification are required.
