Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights
- 06:00 18:00 (Mon-Thurs, 36 hrs) @ £12.21/hr
- 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £12.95/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and fine tune machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production.
- Perform quality checks and team up with maintenance to resolve any issues.
- Keep the workspace safe and clean, following best practices.
- Collaborate with different departments to exceed customer quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical/engineering roles.
- PLC experience is an added bonus (but not essential).
- A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- A positive mindset with a can-do attitude, ready to support the continuous improvement of site operations.
