Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE) +  Bonus

Venatu Recruitment Group is expanding! We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and established Scunthorpe branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment or sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to grow a desk and earn uncapped commission.

As part of a supportive and high-performing team, you’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own clients and candidates while receiving the tools, backing, and encouragement to succeed.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruiment Consultant:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to placement

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking

• Write and post job adverts that attract top talent

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple job boards and databases

• Manage the recruitment process including CV submission, interview coordination, and offer management

• Achieve targets and KPIs set by the branch

• Keep accurate records using our CRM system

Requirements for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or similar sales-based role (agency background preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales-focused and target-driven mindset

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Resilient with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients at once
