Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students across various key stages.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback to foster a positive and constructive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and ensure compliance with all school and national guidelines.
- Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with other English department staff to develop and implement instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to school requirements.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Teacher.
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and teaching standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
