Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading client with their search for an Internal Account Manager.

Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth, NO COLD CALLING!

Overall Purpose:

  • Understanding client's needs, promoting company products and services and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management.

Key Duties:

  • Act as main point of contact between the client and the company, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for development of client accounts promoting all aspects of customer products and service offerings.
  • Develop account plans to outline strategies for meeting client goals.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and other performance goals.
  • Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback internally.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, performance and client satisfaction.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Account Management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.

The Package:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Office based role, working Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, with some flexibility as and when required.
