The Role:
I am seeking passionate and experienced Chef de Parties to join their dynamic kitchen brigade. Youll be responsible for running your own section, supporting the Sous and Head Chef, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.

  • Ensure mise en place is ready and maintained throughout service.

  • Work with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

  • Monitor stock and minimize waste.

What I'm Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a quality gastro pub, bistro, or fine dining environment.

  • Strong culinary skills and passion for quality ingredients.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • A good team player with excellent communication.

  • Food Hygiene Level 2 or above preferred.
