Fine dining /Gastro Pub experience and a stable are essential
45 hours a week - Can offer a 4 or 5 day working week to suit

A Stunning , highly acclaimed multi award winning Gastro Pub with rooms is seeking a high quality Assistant Manager to work closely with the hands on owners in a picturesque Town on the border of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District
As Assistant Manager you will work closely with the owners, the restaurant manager and the team and help run the day to day operations of the 70 cover pub and restaurant . The Assistant Manager duties will include running shifts, staff management , training .
For this role , you will have supervisory /Managerial experience within a award winning / rosette awarded quality restaurant , Pub , hotel . A stable Cv is a must
This Assistant Manager role Is a full time, permanent role with a good mix of shifts and 45 hours a week .
