I am working alongside a regional civil engineering business who are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver an ongoing project in Yorkshire for a valued client. My client are delivering a bulk earthworks and civils package so the ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge within earthworks and heavy civils.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Task briefings.
- Managing health and safety compliance.
- RAMS.
- Record keeping and daily diaries.
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.
- Progress meetings.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Proven experience in a site managers capacity.
- Experience with earthworks and civils.
- IT literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
