Albion Search are currently working with a PLC house builder to appoint a Site Manager on a freelance contract on the outskirts of York.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential housing developments and will of worked closely with the NHBC on previous developments.

Manage the build programme
Work alongside the SM and ASM
Ensuring completions/CML's
Customer Care
NHBC Liaison
H&S
Inductions
Managing trades & sub-contractors

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience.
