Are you a confident HLTA looking for flexible work in primary schools around Selby? We're recruiting for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our supply team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming schools, support pupils of different ages, and enjoy the flexibility that supply work offers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

  • Supporting children's learning in small groups or 1:1

  • Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively

  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment

What We're Looking For:
  • A recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent Level 4+ TA qualification)

  • Previous experience in a primary school setting

  • A proactive and flexible approach

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
