Description

Oversee the timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records.
Handle queries about invoices, payments and related matters.
Conduct credit checks on new customers and manage credit limits.
Work closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve outstanding queries.
Regularly report on collection activities and outstanding issues.
Support the finance department with other administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

Proven experience in credit control.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
