Description

Manage customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of invoices.
Perform credit checks on new customers and monitor existing customer accounts for changes in credit risk.
Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer disputes or queries.
Prepare monthly reports on account statuses for senior management.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
