Description

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  • Perform credit checks on new customers and monitor existing customer accounts for changes in credit risk.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer disputes or queries.
  • Prepare monthly reports on account statuses for senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • Continually strive for process improvement in all aspects of the role.
