Timber, Damp & Structural Waterproofing Surveyor, Sevenoaks - £40k+ DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly regarded company specialising in property preservation, damp control, and structural waterproofing solutions. With a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, they are looking for an experienced Timber, Damp & Structural Waterproofing Surveyor to become a valued member of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive surveys to identify timber decay, damp issues, and structural waterproofing needs in both residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare in-depth reports, outlining findings and providing actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver tailored and practical solutions.
  • Design and recommend structural waterproofing systems to suit each property’s unique requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in conducting timber and damp surveys, as well as designing structural waterproofing systems.
  • CSRT and CSSW qualifications are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving licence is required, and the ability to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
