About the Role of our Support Worker
We are looking for experienced support workers with a strong healthcare background to provide high-quality care to patients withcomplex care needsin their homes.
Requirements for the Support worker role
We are seeking a support worker who speaks fluent English and has a strong understanding of British culture to meet the specific communication and cultural preferences of the individual receiving care. This requirement is based solely on the best interests of the client and is in accordance with person-centred care practices.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Aminimum of 6 monthscurrent experience in working within a healthcare setting
- Theright to work in the UK
- Experience working patients with brain and spinal cord injuries
