A highly respected and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its dynamic team, with flexibility to be based in either the Sevenoaks or Bromley office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on high-quality employment work in a supportive and forward-thinking firm with strong ties to the business community across London and the South East.

The RoleYou will advise a wide range of clients including employers, senior executives, and employees on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Contracts of employment and service agreements
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Employment Tribunal claims
  • Settlement agreements
  • TUPE and business transfers
  • Corporate support work

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and advisory skills
  • Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and interest in business development
