**Office Manager - Kent - Market Leading Company**
We are currently recruiting for a market leading business in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. We are currently supporting our client who are a market leading business who have major clients across a range of sectors including utilities, construction and civil engineering who are seeking an Office Manager with strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
This is working for a company who have gone through a lot of growth over the last 5 years, turnover around £100 million and looking for someone to help maintain and maintain this growth.
Role:
- Cost management including analysing cost reports
- Assist where required with any investigations / HR matters relating to any works under your control
- Ensure every job has a PO raised
- Compiling time sheets and values for Payroll
- Checking cost elements
- Invoice reconciliation
- Developing good working relationships Project Team and all stakeholders
Candidate:
- Experience in an Office based or similar role
- Strong/advanced skills to produce financial reports and be able to use vlook ups, formulas etc
- Experience in financial management and cost control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Must have a full UK driving license
Package:
- Basic Salary: up to £36,000
- Location: Kent - just outside of Maidstone (office-based role)
