Sonic Summary

The position is accountable for technical evaluation and support during the execution phase of projects.
Responsibilities include validating solutions for implementation, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring compliance with software, firmware, and hardware releases as per customer contracts.
The role requires the creation of training content relevant to the project's technical solutions and training the project team accordingly.
Additionally, the individual will provide technical support during project preparation and execution, acting as the single point of contact for technical matters.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience and will receive a salary of $85,000 per year.

Description:

Accountable and responsible for technical evaluation and support in projects execution phase.
Responsible for solution validation for implementation, created in presales phase, defining acceptance criteria per customer contract and assuring utilization of SW, FW and HW releases as per contracted solution and guidance from product houses (MN and NSW).
Accountable for training content relevant for technical solution of project (SW, FW and HW) in line with solution and MN/NSW guidance and responsible for training of project team on it.
Responsible for support of PD and RM in project preparation & planning, by providing technical solution details.
Accountable and responsible to be technical SPOC towards customer and internal stakeholders for technical matters.
Responsible for technical support during execution for FOA, integration activities. Act as a focal point for major issues resolution.

H&S trainings (First Aid at work/height, EMF Awareness, Asbestos Awraeness, Manual Handling, Rooftop Worker, basic Climber and Rescue)
