Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal teams, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records and case files accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents and bundles.
- Open and manage high-risk files, ensuring all compliance and due diligence checks are completed in line with firm policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the wider team with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using LEAP case management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
