We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join the team at an office based at Norfolk Park in Sheffield (S2). 

The role involves managing various administrative tasks, including inbox and diary management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office at the Centre in the Park in Sheffield.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Efficiently manage and prioritise the inbox to ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and organise the diary, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing office supplies and coordinating with various departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide support to our visitors by directing them to the correct person or department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
