Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality care? Crown Choices Group are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our care staff and ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to interviewing and inducting new staff.

  • Compliance: Ensure all staff are fully compliant to Crown Choices standards, including DBS checks, references, training, and right-to-work documentation.

  • Audit Readiness: Monitor staff files and maintain up-to-date records to ensure the service is always audit ready.

  • Policies & Procedures: Ensure that all staff are working in line with company policies and sector regulations.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance and quality monitoring reports.

  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks including managing inboxes, updating internal systems and spreadsheets, maintaining records and files, supporting rota coordination, and responding to general queries within the officeAbout You:

  • Previous experience in a care coordinator or similar administrative/compliance role (essential).

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and care compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • IT literate with experience.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care.
