We are currently assisting a well respected and growing firm in Sheffield who is currently recruiting for an experienced Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop a strong career with a growing independent Insolvency Practice.
Main areas of responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to Insolvency Practitioners by way of managing a varied case load from inception to case closure.
Our clients requires a minimum of 2 year's experience within corporate insolvency, have proven success managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring and recovery practice, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and have a proactive approach to work, be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the right result and CPI qualified would be advantageous but not a necessity.Main duties to include- Managing own workload to ensure statutory deadlines are met whilst ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with directors and deal with any queries arising
- Preparation of SIP6 reports, Proposals and Progress Reports
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the team
- Attending site visits as and when required
- Trading Administrations - financial and day to day operation responsibility
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with banks/lawyers/financial institutions
