Architect- Student Accommodation Team
Location: Sheffield
Salary: 34-40,000 DOE
A well-established and nationally recognised architecture and engineering practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing Student Accommodation team based in Sheffield. Known for the successful delivery of large, complex buildings, the practice offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of high-profile student residential projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of student accommodation projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinate with internal and external teams including engineers, planners, and consultants
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and client briefs
- Attend client meetings and site visits to monitor project progress and quality
- Contribute to the practice's ethos of innovation, efficiency, and excellence in design
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Several years post-Part 3 experience, ideally with exposure to student accommodation or residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge and proven delivery skills on large or complex schemes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- A passion for architecture that is both functional and inspiring
