The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a team of 5 confident, professional and ambitious individuals to join their Sales team who can assist them in growing their customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to accelerate their career, in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Your development is prioritised! You will be enrolled in Furza’s industry-leading sales academy, tailored specifically to your role. Upon completion, youwill receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. Alongside formal training, you’ll receive continuous coaching, mentoring and support fromtheir experienced leadership team to enable you to reach your full potential.

Main Responsibilities

Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of the clientsvalue proposition and solutions.

Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate brand awareness and interest.

Consistently work to exceed targets.

Effectively qualify new leads generated by marketing campaigns through a consultative approach and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities.

Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activities.

Coordinate and support calls/demos for the senior sales team.

Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with customers.
