We’re currently working with a successful and well-established organisation in Sheffield (S9) that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys taking ownership of the full order process and delivering excellent service.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from quotation through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process every step of the way. Duties will include:

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Preparing quotations and processing sales orders

Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Providing updates and aftercare to customers

General administration to support the smooth running of the department
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in customer service and administration (ideally within an order processing environment)

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
