We’re currently working with a successful and well-established organisation in Sheffield (S9) that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys taking ownership of the full order process and delivering excellent service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from quotation through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process every step of the way. Duties will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Preparing quotations and processing sales orders

  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

  • Providing updates and aftercare to customers

  • General administration to support the smooth running of the department

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service and administration (ideally within an order processing environment)

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
