What You'll Do as a Teaching Assistant

• Support teaching and learning across the primary age range.
• Work with small groups and offer 1-to-1 support to pupils.
• Assist pupils with SEND and those who display challenging behaviour.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for learning.
• Record observations and contribute to pupil progress tracking.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting.
• Knowledge of special educational needs and behaviour management strategies.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred - the higher the level, the better.
