We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to support our investment and trading teams. You will play a key role in analyzing trade data, enhancing post-trade reporting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights to front office and quant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with trading, quant, and operations teams to interpret trade performance against cost benchmark
- Support TCA processes including trading cost analysis, benchmarking, and trade fill cost evaluations
- Define and gather business requirements to enhance post-trade analytics tools and reporting processes
- Assist in the automation and preparation of TCA reports using internal or third-party platforms
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid hands-on experience with Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and trade performance measurement
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large trading datasets
- Familiarity with TCA tools and platforms used for trading cost reporting
- Proven ability to document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in capital markets or electronic trading is a plus
