Main Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking an Administration Team Leader to join a dynamic team. The role will involve overseeing the client account executives and administration team, ensuring high-quality client servicing and compliance. You will be responsible for managing report writing, administrative duties, and client requests while maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant advice. The Administration Team Leader will also manage the New Business Register and lead the team in ensuring all client-facing tasks are handled with the utmost professionalism.

This is a Leadership role, so previous experience in this area is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Client Account Executives and Administrators, addressing staff issues and developing procedures to improve team operations and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Oversee and control the New Business Register, ensuring all activities are recorded accurately, including withdrawal requests, policy purchases, and death claims.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and track the progress of tasks across the team.
  • Manage the report-writing process and ensure consistency and compliance across all client reports.
  • Produce recommendation reports in line with regulatory guidelines and within required timeframes.
  • Generate illustrations, supporting documents, and application forms for clients.
  • Liaise with providers to obtain information on clients' existing plans, including charges, fund performance, guarantees, and benefits.
  • Conduct cash flow modelling to aid client decision-making.
  • Process new business effectively, ensuring a smooth journey from start to completion.
  • Monitor and chase progress on new business, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Conduct research and due diligence on recommended providers and policies via Synaptics.
  • Assist with file checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee all areas of compliance within the firm, ensuring procedures are followed and data is handled securely.
