The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the UK Collections team, monitoring and supporting business targets and the offshore team to achieve desired quality/required standards and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement to manage customer expectation levels for debt management.
- Managing a team of 3 direct reports and overseeing an offshore-based team, your skillset will centre around the delivery of business targets, data analytics and reporting, ledger management, with strong customer service ethics and communication skills.
- Key focus on customer service, ensuring SLA's are adhered to.
- Continuous process improvements, identifying weaknesses and gaps.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Previous Credit Control experience at Team Leader, Supervisory level is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Customer and commercial focus with a strong commitment to delivery, quality, excellence and continuous improvement is essential
