The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the UK Collections team, monitoring and supporting business targets and the offshore team to achieve desired quality/required standards and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement to manage customer expectation levels for debt management.

  • Managing a team of 3 direct reports and overseeing an offshore-based team, your skillset will centre around the delivery of business targets, data analytics and reporting, ledger management, with strong customer service ethics and communication skills.
  • Key focus on customer service, ensuring SLA's are adhered to.
  • Continuous process improvements, identifying weaknesses and gaps.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • Previous Credit Control experience at Team Leader, Supervisory level is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Customer and commercial focus with a strong commitment to delivery, quality, excellence and continuous improvement is essential
