Administrator – Sheffield - £25,000 - £30,000Chase & Holland are proud to be supporting a well-established engineering business based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an Administrator on a full time permanent basis. With a strong worldwide client base, they service a wide variety of clients from various industry sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Marine, Rail and many more. You will help ensure the smooth running of the aftermarket department ensuring customer receive a “first class” level of support.Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Handling customers & suppliers in a polite & professional manner ensuring requirements are met
  • Customer enquiries around pricing, delivery and visit information
  • Maintaining the internal service visit calendar and spares stock documents and arrange service engineers’ visits
  • Managing of service & spares stock
  • Order processing, invoicing and maintaining all relevant spreadsheets/databases
Key Requirements and Preferences:
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication/customer service/organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
