- Handling customers & suppliers in a polite & professional manner ensuring requirements are met
- Customer enquiries around pricing, delivery and visit information
- Maintaining the internal service visit calendar and spares stock documents and arrange service engineers’ visits
- Managing of service & spares stock
- Order processing, invoicing and maintaining all relevant spreadsheets/databases
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication/customer service/organisational skills
- Good IT skills
