We're recruiting on behalf of a leading Sheffield-based law firm with a strong reputation in personal injury law. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled EL/PL Fee Earner to join their expanding team. If you're confident handling fast-track and multi-track cases and ready to take ownership of your caseload, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • ????? Managing a full EL/PL caseload from initial instruction through to trial and settlement.

  • ?? Working closely with the Director of EL/PL to support the wider team, ensure file progression and hit key performance targets.

  • ?? Drafting legal documents and conducting robust litigation on liability, causation, and quantum disputes.

  • ?? Attending court for applications, CMHs and pre-trial reviews-with advocacy opportunities available.

  • ?? Applying your technical knowledge of CPR, Part 36 and personal injury law to maximise damages and cost recovery.

What We're Looking For:
  • ? Minimum 5 years' experience handling EL/PL litigated personal injury claims.

  • ? Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.

  • ? Experience of fast-track and multi-track work, including portal exits and CFA matters.

  • ? Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and litigation best practices.

  • ? Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or seasoned Litigation Fee Earner.
