Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 4-month contract basis, working with a prominent healthcare client in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, particularly in service desk operations, and be proficient in using Intune for device management and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via the service desk.
- Manage and update devices using Intune.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improve service delivery.
- Document and track all support activities in the service desk system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using Intune for device management and updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Driving license is preferable
