Court of Protection Solicitor – National Firm – 3+ PQELocation: Flexible/Hybrid options availableSalary: Competitive, based on experience

An established and highly regarded national law firm is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its specialist team. This is a great opportunity to handle complex, meaningful work with a strong support structure and access to high-quality clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a full range of Court of Protection matters
  • Prepare and manage deputyship applications (property & financial affairs)
  • Draft statutory wills, gift applications and care funding-related matters
  • Liaise directly with clients, families, professionals and external organisations
  • Prepare annual OPG reports and accounts
  • Take an active role in managing ongoing deputyship files

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE with a solid background in Court of Protection work
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • A client-focused approach and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
