The team includes seasoned advocates, skilled litigators, a qualifying legal executive, and a trainee - a well-rounded structure with succession planning at its core.This role will both fill an existing vacancy and support continued growth. We welcome applications from:

Solicitors with 2–3 years’ PQE
Newly Qualified candidates with a strong interest in criminal defence

Duty accreditation is preferred but not essential.What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
Experience or strong interest in Criminal Defence, Legal Aid, and Court Advocacy
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and case management skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services
