Job Title: Family Solicitor (NQ to 3 Years PQE)Salary Range: £32,000 to £45,000Location: Sheffield City Centre (hybrid working)Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and domestic violence.
  • Providing tailored advice to clients on their legal options and representing them in court as required.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their case and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to reach settlement agreements.
  • Assisting with business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in family law and attending relevant training courses and seminars.
