With an experienced group of Solicitors, Legal Executives and support staff already in place, this is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career in a stable and forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview:
You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters with full support, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on inheritance tax and estate planning
- Administering estates from start to finish
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advising on Trust creation and administration
What You'll Need:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Private Client work
- A confident, professional approach to client care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
