Job Title: Paralegal - CorporateSalary: £26,000 - £28,000Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire CRA Consulting is working in partnership with a prestigious global law firm, recognised for its expertise in corporate and commercial law. Due to growth, the firm is looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial Paralegal to support its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced paralegal or a First-Class LLB graduate (from a red brick university) who is eager to launch or develop their legal career in a high-performing and supportive environment. You'll be involved in high-profile client work from day one, supporting transactions for some of the world's leading companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting fee earners with corporate and commercial casework
  • Drafting legal documents and client correspondence
  • Assisting with legal matters such as shareholder plans and executive rewards
  • Managing and organising case files and documentation
  • Liaising directly with international clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Opening new matters and maintaining accurate time records
Requirements
  • 1st Class LLB degree (essential), ideally from a red brick university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Previous paralegal or legal support experience (desirable but not essential)
  • A genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
