RoleOverview

WeareseekinganexperiencedProgrammeManagertoleadacomplex,multi-regionaldatacentremigrationandtransformationprogramme.Thisrolewillbecriticalinoverseeingtheplanning,coordination,andsuccessfuldeliveryofmigratingkeyITservicesacrosstheUK,US,Poland,andHongKong.BasedinSheffield,thepositionrequiresclosecollaborationwithglobalteamsandflexibilitytosupportUStimezoneswhennecessary.

KeyResponsibilities

Leadthefulllifecycleofalarge-scaledatacentremigrationprogramme,frominitiationthroughtodeliveryandclosure.
Managethemigrationofmainframeandserver-basedjobschedulingapplications,aswellasenterprisefiletransmissionservices.
Directadeliveryteamofapproximately5080full-timeemployees(FTEs)locatedacrossmultipleregions.
Deliverbusinessandtechnicaltransformationoutcomesnotjustalift-and-shiftmigration.
Coordinatewithtechnicalleads,projectmanagers,andcross-functionalstakeholderstoensureprogrammealignmentandtimelyexecution.
Proactivelyidentifyandmanagerisks,issues,anddependenciestomaintaindeliverymomentum.
Provideregularreportingandgovernanceupdatestoseniorstakeholdersandprogrammesponsors.
