Castlefield are currently recruiting a Procurement Manager to join a Public Sector organisation in Sheffield. This role offers an excellent benefits package, with the need to be in the Sheffield head office twice per week.

The Role:

Autonomously lead, design and deliver complex OJEU/Find a Tender procurement processes across different category areas
Create robust and future-proofed tender documentation, including drafting evaluation criteria and incorporating social value
Develop and build complex evaluation models
Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate onboarding of delivery partners
Proactively manage and mitigate any risks
Analyse procurement pipeline and historical spend data to identify new opportunities for cost savings

The Person:

MCIPS qualified, or working towards (desirable)
Good working knowledge of Public Sector Procurement and processes (essential)
Significant experience in managing
Extensive commercial awareness
Strong stakeholder management skills
