Reed Business Support are working with a fantastic local organisation in their search for a part-time, temporary receptionist/administrator to cover a short term contract. In order to be considered for the role, you must be immediately available.Â
Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a courteous and helpful tone.
- Direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments efficiently.
- Take accurate messages when necessary and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipient.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company or services when appropriate.
About you:Â
- Previous receptionist/administration experience
- Available to start immediately
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 14:30pm
Payrate: £12.77 per hour
