Commercial maintenance

Use a maintenance app to work through daily jobs lists across various estates.
We require regular PPM checks, including water testing (both for legionella and the hydrotherapy pool). We use a tailored system, so workload will be straightforward - when you arrive, jobs for the day will be displayed on the system, prioritised from high to low. We already have a skilled team in place, so after discussing capabilities, you'll be assigned tasks based on your strengths.
Ideally, we're covering long-term sickness for an individual who worked Sunday to Wednesday, but we can be flexible. The priority is finding the right person, and we can adjust working patterns if needed.
The work location is classed as a commercial estate which includes the main building, two office units and a house.
As mentioned, tasks will be prioritised by skill. For example, one team member is strong in electrical work, another in joinery - but the range of work varies. During the first few weeks, we'll likely focus on smaller jobs such as painting touch-ups and baseline PPMs. We have every tool required, so there's no need to bring personal tools.
Having access to a vehicle would be advantageous, as occasional trips to places like Toolstation may be required. However, we do have work vehicles available if you wouldn't be comfortable using your own.
