As the Head of Engineering, youll be reporting to CTO on day-to-day basis but will be given the freedom and autonomy to lead the team of electronics, firmware and software engineers. Experience managing team members is required and your role will be pivotal in growing the team over the next few years.
Youll be required to organise work priorities, assignments, and approvals of work. TheHead of Engineering will be hands on in giving guidance and support to your team members as well as collaborating with other departments.
Development Manager requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electronics/Physics/Engineering (or similar)
- Electronics Engineering background
- Experience in leadership/management
- Networking (desirable but not essential)
