Smart10 is looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our client in Shefford to and work in a thriving Housing support team. In this vital role, you will support the development and management of high-quality accommodation schemes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote purpose-built affordable rental schemes through multi-channel communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for interested tenants.
  • Offer advice on affordability and income maximisation.
  • Arrange and support property viewings.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth applications, assessments, and move-ins.
  • Record outcomes and feedback to shape future housing strategy.
  • Respond to challenges calmly, especially in sensitive neighbourhood placements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in housing management or support services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in giving advice around affordability and welfare support
  • Comfortable working flexibly in a changing, customer-focused environment
