Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, Saturday working included.
Our reputable housing agency client are currently looking for a vibrant and welcoming person to join their business to support with a varied role, covering all aspects of the agency including Reception, Sales support and Property viewings.
Main Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Property Sales
- Demonstrating Excellent Telephone manner when answering calls for the Estate Agency.
- Handling calls from Potential tenants, Landlords and potential buyers.
- Booking appointments as required.
- Assisting with Sales Progression
- Provide Administrative support to advertise and sell properties.
- Covering viewings and feedback
- General Administrative Support to the team.
Experience and Skills required
- Ideally have experience working within the rental market
- You must have your own car and a clean driving licence
