As part of their continued expansion, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their well-established property team.
About the Role:
In this role, you will take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing files from instruction through to post-completion. The position offers exposure to a wide range of property matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Providing clear and accurate legal advice to clients
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties throughout the transaction
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
Staying up to date with legal and procedural developments
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Excellent client care and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
Confident using case management systems and legal technology
